Excitement Building: Highlight and promote the unique features and opportunities within these programs to generate enthusiasm and interest among prospective students. This approach will help in boosting enrollment and establishing the programs’ reputations.

Day-in-the-Life Student Mini- Docs and Alumni Testimonials:
Content: Videos following students through their daily routines and sharing personal stories and experiences.
Value: Offers a deeper, more personal look at the student experience and school culture, helping potential students connect emotionally and envision themselves at Berkeley College.

TIMELINE
Pre-Production (Month 1)
Finalize the marketing strategy, content plan, objectives, and KPIs in the first week. Assemble the content team, including professors, students, and the production crew, in the second week. Develop a detailed content calendar and schedule shoots in week three. In the final week, complete scriptwriting, storyboarding, and secure necessary equipment and permissions.
Content Production (Months 2-3)
Film one-minute masterclasses in the first two weeks, ensuring high-quality production and editing. Weeks 3-6 will focus on shooting and editing hype reels with behind-the-scenes footage of students. During weeks 7-10, produce day-in-the-life mini docs and student testimonials, capturing daily routines and personal stories, then editing to highlight the student experience.
Content Launch and Distribution (Months 4-5)
Review and finalize all content in the first week. Optimize content for each platform and create engaging thumbnails and descriptions in the second week. Launch the initial batch of content in week three, monitor engagement, and gather feedback. Continue releasing videos consistently and engage with the audience through weeks 4-8.
Analysis and Adjustment (Month 6)
Analyze content performance and gather insights and feedback in the first week. Adjust the content strategy and implement improvements during weeks 2-3. Compile a detailed report on the campaign’s success and plan for future content and long-term strategies in the final week, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with enrollment goals.
